Kim suffers from a medical condition called placenta accreta that would make carrying a third child life-threatening, so after careful consideration the couple decided a surrogate was the best route.
The new season of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ premieres later this month, so we’re sure we’ll hear all about their process then.
